This isn't just another office ‘job.’
We build custom screen porches, outdoor enclosures, 4 season rooms and gutters for builders and homeowners throughout the Lowcountry region. Led by Jake & Michele Morton, seasoned entrepreneurs with successful record of building highly reputable organizations in home services, recruiting and hospitality. But that's not really what we do.
We help people love where they live by creating lasting spaces where life happens—where coffee tastes better, neighbors linger longer, grandchildren tell stories of fireflies, and ordinary evenings become lasting memories.

As our Office Operations Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of Superior Screen Porches—connecting homeowners, sales, installers, and vendors so every project moves smoothly from sold to installed to 5 star review. You'll create the systems, communication, and consistency that allow our team to deliver an exceptional experience while freeing our leaders to focus on growing the business and developing great people.

Responsibilities: What You’ll Own
Your average week will probably feel something like this...
Approximately 45% | Keeping Projects Moving
You'll coordinate schedules, communicate with homeowners, prepare upcoming jobs, verify materials, and make sure every project is ready before crews arrive.
You'll constantly be asking:
"What does this project need next?"
Approximately 25% | Solving Problems
Construction is dynamic.
Weather changes.
Permits need more info
Materials get delayed.
Schedules shift.
Customers have questions.
You'll be the calm, steady voice helping everyone move forward with confidence.
Approximately 20% | Improving the Business
We don't hire people to simply maintain systems.

Requirements: Who Thrives Here
We're not looking for someone who can check the boxes of must ‘haves’ rather finding someone who has previous success in similar people, projects, and processes.
Experience:
3+ years in a busy office environment coordinating multiple projects, schedules, people and/or operations simultaneously.
Experience supporting field service, construction, home services, or a project-based business is preferred.
Comfortable juggling changing priorities while keeping customers informed and projects moving.
Materials ordering and inventory management.
Managing multiple calendars and moving pieces without things falling through the cracks.
Experience handling customer questions, concerns, and expectations with professionalism and humanity
Experience with Jobber, QuickBooks Online, or similar business software preferred. We're happy to teach the right person
A track record of improving the businesses you've worked in—not simply maintaining them.

Competitive Compensation including Base Salary + Performance bonus approx. $45000-$60000+ bonus/ year Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
