Our Process
What you can expect:
We set a convenient time to meet you and hear about your property, vision and goals.
We actually show up for our appointment :) and we explore your desires, discuss options, share a few photos and take measurements.
We create a custom, easy to understand quote including deposit, terms and time fame. Proposal is provided within 24 hours
Once the proposal is perfect and accepted. We collect the deposit, order materials, file for all necessary permits and architect’s rendering.
We schedule a time to begin installation and stay in contact with you during the build. If you are out of town, we will send pictures and updates. Our team are absolute craftsman who take great pride in their projects. We build your porch like it’s our own.
Once completed we leave your home and screen porch clean, tidy and ready to be enjoyed immediately.
