This one was special. The homeowners had just finished building their marsh front home and wanted a space to enjoy the waterfront view without battling bugs, pollen or heat. We designed and built a custom second-story screen porch that feels like a lux porch retreat — elevated to catch the breeze, with wide open sightlines out to the water.

This has become their favorite hangout spot for morning coffee, evening sunsets, wine with neighbors and everything in between. It’s the kind of porch that makes you want to stay awhile.
(We are currently finishing their neighbors who also screened in the downstairs and outfitted it as the coolest wellness retreat complete with jacuzzi, sauna, tv and sitting area)
